FAQ
Here we answer the most frequently asked questions about our ebook course. If you have a question that is not included in the following list, you can write to us and we will respond within one business day.
We offer two formats: workshop and course. Both are delivered live.
The workshop format is designed to work on a real project. Sessions are spaced one week apart so the student can work on their project according to the topics covered in the program. Each session will address questions about this project. The workshop instructor will also be available by email to answer specific questions.
The express course format is delivered in a single day. Although a real case can also be reviewed as an example, the duration does not allow the project to be worked on as it would be in a workshop. This format lasts one day and includes a 30-minute break.
We offer both options. In the case of in-person courses, they can be held at our facilities or at our client’s offices. For online courses, the group receives a link to join a video call.
Whether the course is in person or online, the sessions are delivered live. The instructor is present, either at our offices or the client’s offices, or live on a video call while the student or students are also connected. This live format allows questions to be answered quickly, since the student can ask them while the topic is being taught.
We are located in Mexico City, in the Florida neighborhood. Our facilities are wheelchair accessible. Workshops are held in a room with capacity for 20 people. We have parking space for 10 cars, subject to availability on the day the session is held.
For an additional cost calculated according to the size of the group we will receive, we offer:
- Coffee service: Unlimited coffee or tea and cookies.
- Dining service: Includes the daily dish, natural fruit water, and dessert.
Unlike most courses offered online, this one is live. Knowledge is public and can be found for free on the Internet; what is not as easy to access is a person who can answer our questions about specific problems.
Digital platforms change their algorithms daily, which means prerecorded courses lose relevance very quickly.
In this sense, we are different because we offer a live workshop or course that guarantees answers to our students’ particular questions, and we work on real cases from the very first session.
We offer special plans for companies and large groups.
